Accommodations:  310 Neptune <see map> is a private oceanfront home perched on a cliff directly above the Pacific Ocean with one luxurious private-entry efficiency suite (see below for a description of your suite).

	Minimum weekend stay: 2 nights on weekends (Friday & Saturday nights).  No minimum stay Sunday - Thursday.
	Open: All year.
	Maximum occupancy: 2 adults. Sorry, not designed for children or pets.
	Winter Rates (November - May)                $175 per night on weeknights (Sunday – Thursday nights)                $195 per night on weekends (Friday & Saturday evenings)

	Breakfast:  A delicious continental breakfast is served whenever you want it between 7:30 and 9:30 AM. Choose from an array of mouthwatering homemade bread or muffins, fresh-squeezed orange juice, Starbucks coffee and fresh fruits.  We’ll serve you in your room or on the deck of your choice - your private Sunrise deck or our Oceanfront deck
	Your Privacy:  We'll respect your privacy, or treat you like one of the family - you simply let us know.  If you prefer privacy and would like to "serve yourself" breakfast in the morning, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we'll stock your kitchen with Ann's homemade bread and jam, milk, cereal, butter, and other tasty breakfast treats and you can enjoy breakfast whenever and wherever you wish.
	Your Suite: Your private entry suite has a brand new private bathroom; Kitchenette with toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, sink and refrigerator; dining area; color television with 100 cable channels, VCR player, stereo AM-FM-CD player, a slider-door to your private Sunrise Deck, and 24 hour- a- day Oceanfront Deck privileges.  Photos of your suite
	Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted at 310 Neptune.  A glass (or bottle) of wine on the Oceanfront Deck at sunset is encouraged.
	No Smoking Please: Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Smokers, however, are welcome, so long as they take a walk on beautiful Neptune Avenue to "light up."
	Reservations:  Prepaid Reservations Are Required!!  A check or credit card deposit equivalent to your entire stay is required to reserve your stay.   Please Note:  You do not have a reservation unless Ann has received your deposit.  Because we have only one room, and are in high demand, we reserve the room for the first person supplying us with a deposit.  Since we have only one room, we cannot afford last minute cancellations.  Please be sure you wish to stay with us BEFORE making a reservation.  Ann is here and available to answer all of your questions and to serve you in any way possible.  Questions? 	Deposits:  Since we have only one suite, we regret that we cannot hold a room without a deposit.  The first person who submits a deposit "owns" the room for that evening.  Deposits are non-refundable.
	Payment:  Visa, MasterCard, personal check or good old cash.
	Transportation: The Train Station - Amtrak (to L.A. and San Francisco) & The Coaster (our express train to San Diego) is a 10-minute walk away.
	Stairs:  We are not barrier-free.  There are 12 steps from the street level to your suite. See Photo
	Lunch & Dinner - Casual :  A popular North County casual “surfer beach” restaurant, D.B. Hacker's, and super-casual “surfer hangout” Mexican take-out, Juanita's Taco Shop, are both 5 - 7 minute walks away.  The fresh grilled fish tacos at D.B. Hackers and the deep fried fish tacos at Juanita’s are each completely different, and both receive rave reviews in local publications.  The Roxy Cafe, famous throughout the county for it's vegetarian food, is a 12 minute walk.    Leucadia Pizzeria is a 10 minute walk, and if you just want to "veg out" they also deliver exceptionally mouth-watering pizzas, delicious Caesar salads and a selection of full-course meals right to your room for take-out rates (menu).
	Formal Restaurants: We have plenty of nice restaurants, too!  French and Italian are particularly popular.  Our favorites:  Pino's Italian,  Pacifica, The Chart House, Charlie's By The Sea, The Beach House, Epazote,  Vigilucci's.
